MATT STABLES
Head of Tour Operations
Matt is well-versed in both the UK and US golfing landscapes and brings a wealth of experience to Scratch Golf Tours (SGT) as the Head Golf Professional at Ingrebourne Links Golf & Country Club, where he coaches and mentors players of all skill levels. He currently serves as the Essex PGA Captain, actively competing and winning on the local pro-am circuit. Before joining SGT, Matt played NCAA Division I golf at Mercer University in Georgia, USA. Since then, he has led golf tours across the UK, Europe, and the USA, and has worked at multiple British Opens. Matt is a valuable addition to the SGT team, where he will help expand our tour itineraries and oversee operations.
ROBERT GIBBON

Growing up in England, Robert began playing golf at Broome Manor Golf Club and later joined Wootton Bassett Golf Club, where he was part of the Wiltshire Junior County Championship-winning team in 1994. Shortly after, he took a break from golf to focus on his soccer career, which led him from AFC Bournemouth to the USA, where he has lived since 1996. The pull of his homeland has never faded, and Robert remains a frequent visitor to the UK to see family and enjoy rounds of golf with friends from both sides of the Atlantic

Advisor
Doug has lived in England, the USA, and now resides in Scotland, where he serves as an advisor to our groups traveling to the UK. A keen golfer, he can often be found walking his dog, Buddy, around East Lothian or enjoying a round of golf in the region.

Eric has lived in Scotland all of his life and spent many years as a Civil Servant supporting the Scottish Government in a variety of roles.
Eric then moved into a role as a Tour Guide with Timberbush Tours, one of Scotland's biggest tour companies. Over the years Eric has driven guests all over Scotland and has a vast knowledge of Scottish History, Landmarks and Famous Scottish people.
When not taking care of his guests, Eric enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and supporting Hearts FC
